I read some of the success stories about Turbulence Training and they are real stories by real people. I voted in the contest for one of the finalists and that person did not win but I was kind of partial to heavier people who drop a lot of pounds. Being 240 pounds at the height of my 20s by eating bad and drinking seven 20 ounce Mountain Dews a day left me feeling down about life. While I laughed and joked with others about being solid and big. I was just that. Big. When my father got cancer, a brain tumor and diabetes in one year (he is still a survivor) he gave me his size 40 pants. I thought he was crazy to do that. I said they would never fit me. I was wrong cause they fit perfectly.
Right now I am wearing a size 36 pants that are getting pretty lose on me. I almost want to go to the store and try on a pair of 34 pants. Say it isn’t so. Just today a girl at work said that my size XL shirt looked really loose on me. She knows I have been eating better and working out. It makes my day to know I have my life back and feel so alive.
Today is my last TT workout of the week and I am ready to go hard. Blood, sweat and tears is how you get back in shape. My fingers are in great shape from the remote control. Now it is time to get to work.

I weighed myself this past weekend on the official scale for the competition and it said I was 219 pounds. That means I have lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks. My scale at home lists me at 220 and the scale at the gym at work reads 225. Really annoying but it is what it is. Today I am in a 24 hour fast with Eat Stop Eat lasting from 7pm last night to 7pm tonight. I have been eating well and not drinking sodas and wanted to do a 1 day cleansing of my body. Today is my off day from TT and I will just do some steady walking and drinking a lot of water. I noticed that when you are trying to not eat the radio is poisoned with ads to advertise foods and they make it sound so good. I really never wanted a chipolte burrito until I heard the commercial this morning. Tonight I will eat some salmon with a nice salad I have waiting.
For anyone looking to learn about Turbulence Training I really have to tell you that it can change your life. You will not suffer and you only have but fat to lose….
