I have now completed 2 weeks of the Beginning Turbulence Training workouts. I will continue these for 2 more weeks and then i will move on to the Intermediate Training workouts. I really love the fact that I do not have to be in a gym setting each day and can still knock out some most of the bodyweight exercises. My training consists of Monday, Wednesday and Fridays of 20 minutes of bodyweight and weight training. Followed by 20 minutes of HIIT on the stationary bike. I like to end each workout by performing the bench press but that is just for me to feel like I am a world class body builder. The first day i benched 95 pounds 5 times. Today I benched 2 sets. 1 set of 95 pounds (12x) and then finished with 115 pounds (6x). I am pushing myself each time but want to make sure I am not hurting my muscles. I am usually worn out after a session of Turbulence Training. Tommorrow is the 3 week weight in to see what my weight is at. I will update the blog as soon as I have to stats.
