I started this journey with a bet. It was a simple bet that was to see who can lose the most percentage of body weight. I let my weight get the best of me and I stepped on the scale and saw that I was a miserable 235 pounds. I decided to try and eliminate carbs altogether and stop drinking sodas and lost 13 pounds in about 2 weeks. Then I discovered Turbulence Training and my eyes opened up to something really awesome. I am eating more each day and losing fat and pounds each day. I have more energy than ever before and am eating a lot of great foods that I never did. I hope my journey is successful. For me it is not about the money ($600) but more about getting my life and body back so I can feel good again.
