Feeling good

I just completed my third fast last night and did my second workout of the Intermediate level for TT.  At the end I felt strong but spent.  My shirt was soaked and full of sweat.   TT is the best workout bar none for losing fat.  I stepped on the scale today and I was 215 pounds.  That means I have lost 20.4 pounds since I started working out with TT.
